DELIVERY

Each item on the website is accompanied by a delivery timescale. Please be aware that certain items, such as 18ct gold or bespoke jewellery, may require up to 8 weeks for delivery.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

 

UK: For orders over £100, shipping is FREE. Orders under £100 are subject to an £8.50 shipping fee.

 

Shipments are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, ensuring your parcel arrives by 1pm on the next working day after the dispatch date. This service is insured and traceable, with a signature required upon delivery. If you need urgent delivery, please contact us at connect@sararothwell.com, as next day delivery may be possible.

Europe: Orders over £500 qualify for FREE shipping, while orders under £500 are charged £35 for shipping.

 

Shipments are made via courier (DHL/DPD/UPS) and typically arrive within 3 working days from the dispatch date, contingent upon customs clearance. This service is insured and traceable. Customers may be asked to provide ID for customs clearance, such as a tax code or social security number. Please note that any Customs import duty charges or brokerage fees imposed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the transit shipping costs.

Worldwide: Orders exceeding £500 enjoy FREE shipping, while orders below £500 are subject to a £45 shipping fee.

 

Shipments are sent via courier (UPS) and are expected to arrive within 3 working days from the dispatch date, factoring in customs clearance if applicable. This service is insured and traceable. A signature is required upon delivery, and customers may need to provide ID for customs clearance. Like with European shipments, any Customs or import duty charges assessed by customs are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the transit shipping costs.

Please note that UK VAT will not be charged on items shipped outside the UK.

If there are any potential delays with your order, we will promptly contact you to explore alternative options.

RETURNS

 

For custom-made jewellery or bespoke commissions, refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty. Stock items purchased through the website can be returned within 14 days for a refund if deemed unsuitable. Other purchases can be exchanged within 28 days.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty. In the event you receive a faulty or damaged item, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct size when ordering rings. While resizing is possible, it may be subject to an additional charge.

 

To initiate a return, please email connect@sararothwell.com or call us at +44 (0) 796 683 3539, providing your name and address, product details, reason for return, and whether you seek a refund or replacement. We will guide you on the next steps.

Until the item reaches us, it remains your responsibility. For added security, we recommend using a delivery service that insures the goods' value. We are not liable for returns lost during transit.

When returning an item for a refund or exchange, you are accountable for the return shipping costs. Original postage expenses will only be refunded if the item was sent in error or is defective (provided faults are reported within 48 hours of receipt).

Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging. We do not exchange goods that are worn, lack original packaging, or exhibit damage. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

For anti-fraud measures, refunds are issued using the original payment method within 28 days of receiving the return.
